Ah Beh just learnt a new business strategy where you can retain and give privileges to customers with zero cost. There is an idea-"merchant". The idea is generally like this.
Let's say you have a thousand of customers, but how you can try to retain them? One of the ways is to give them membership card. What is the use of it? For examples, when your customers go to other shop to have meal, buy shirts, etc, they will have discount. So, merchant are those organisation which give discounts to your customers, or we can say that-you introduce your customers to merchant, then merchant give discounts to your customers. Discounts is the privileges that your customers will have. This is a zero cost strategy where you can try to retain your customers. Isn't it beautiful?
